If you have decided you would like to apply for adoption of one of our rescued Labrador Retrievers, please take time to fill out the following adoption form as completely as possible.

NOTE: OUR DOGS ARE INSIDE DOGS. If you feel you need to keep your dog outside please refrain from taking the time to complete the application.

Thank you for your time and for your interest in a rescued Labrador Retriever! Please note our dogs are inside dogs only.

Our Adoption fee is $250.00.

Our first contact with you once we receive your completed application will be by email from one of our adoption screeners.
